Our Signature Strength classes are built around intentional, functional training designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and live a full, capable life- both inside and outside of the gym. Following a structured weekly workout split, our programming focuses on building strength, endurance, power, and stability in a way that supports longevity and real-life movement.

Open Gym offers access to our private upstairs studio space. Designed for independent training, extra movement, skill work, recovery, or following your own programming, this space is intentionally kept small and private with limited spots available at a time. Sessions must be scheduled in advance. Open Gym is available as an add-on for existing members or as a stand alone membership.

At Wolf Heart Fit Co., we believe that movement is medicine and not all movement has to happen inside the gym. That is why we offer free community Run Club and Hike Club as a way to get outside, connect with others, and move your body in a way that feels fun, grounding, and adventurous. Whether we are hitting the trails, chasing mountain views, or logging miles together, our goal is simple; build a strong, capable community that lives life fully, both inside and outside of the gym.
