Been a wolfie for just over a year now and it’s been the best decision ever!! Working out has always been a love hate relationship. Since I started going to wolf heart I’m so excited to have coaches that are always excited to teach and help you. I love everything about it, the sense of community, value, and educating all movements. I always bring friends and family members with me to show them a fun workout. So happy to be apart of this community!

I’ve only been with Wolf Heart a few weeks and not only have I noticed a difference physically, I’ve most importantly seen a difference in my mental state. The Wolf Heart environment is not only warm, welcoming, and fun — but it’s an amazing supportive learning environment. I don’t have a lot of experience with weight training, but the coaches have never made me feel inexperienced or dumb for asking questions or having bad form. They’re right there in my corner to help me through the moves, cheer me on, and push me to be my best athlete. I’m so happy to be apart of a family of like-minded individuals. Wolf heart is the place to be if you’re looking for a new home gym!

I have been going to Wolfheart for a couple years now. I absolutely LOVE this place. It literally is for ANYONE and EVERYONE. All inclusion! Alexis has created the GOAT gym, always striving to make it better and better. There is always something new and exciting which makes it even more awesome! I love every single person that works out there. No competition, strictly cheering eachother on! It's amazing. I even most recently got my husband to join with me!
